Bed and initials, nothing more
Patients are a ward, a bed, initials and a short context line. Ivy won’t save names, URNs, Medicare numbers or dates of birth, and checks what you type.

Deleted automatically
Completed jobs go after 24 hours, patients 72 hours after discharge or inactivity, and ward cover links after 12 hours.

Kept in Australia
Team lists are stored in Sydney, and only members of your team can see them. The database enforces this, not just the app.
